i would recommend staying here while visiting Milan. The hotel is at walking distance of the Duomo and all the other touristic attractions. Very modern hotel. very clean. nice breakfast with good coffee. nice receptionist.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The room was too hot to sleep in and the front desk was rude and indifferent. They did nothing to remedy a bad situation. Do not book this hotel. I cannot emphasize this enough.

We had the most fabulous time at this hotel, Laura from reservations was incredible, Gabriel at front reception was fantastic, so accommodating, all the staff were amazing, fabulous location, lovely rooms, fabulous breakfasts, overall a beautiful experience in Italy definitely will come back.

On a more closer look looks can be deceiving. Bathroom without a shower and just a stool for a suite is challenging. Air conditioning works well but at times loud. No formal restaurant therefore hotel at the mercy of providing food by way of a takeaway service. Breakfast provided in house. Excellent. Suite is large. Bed is way too soft. Staff exceptional friendly. This in itself is worthy of staying here. Key need a few new touches such as mentioned. Will be back to check in the coming year.

What a lovely, elegant hotel! We were delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful spacious suite, absolutely gorgeous. It felt luxurious and immaculate. Plenty of room, counter space and importantly, outlets. The only reason for 4 stars is the room only had a tub, no way to shower. The room was so nice that we managed with it. Evidently half of the rooms have showers so just be sure to clarify when you check in. We did have a little oven/microwave and big frig. Small couch and small table with 3 chairs, very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was wonderful. Location was nice. Would stay again!
